The office staff is happy to answer your questions. We will make every effort to solve your problem over the phone, but frequently an examination is necessary to identify and correct the problem(s). If a consultation with the doctor is necessary and he or she is unavailable, please leave your name and number, along with a brief description of the problem, and your call will be returned as soon as possible. Inquiries concerning hospitalized and surgical cases should be made after 9:00 a.m. This gives the doctor and staff time to treat and properly evaluate all cases and give accurate information concerning your pet.
